Can I add a gift note?

Of course! You can add a FREE gift message at checkout and we’ll lovingly handwrite your note and place it on top of the order when packing. 

Will my order be tracked?

All U.K orders are tracked by default las this gives you, and us, peace of mind.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

As we use Royal Mails collection service, we aim to ship within 48 hours of payment clearance. Please note that bespoke or made to order turn around time will be specified separately.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We use standard tracked delivery within the U.K that aims to deliver within 3-4 days. If you need express shipping - please be sure to choose the correct delivery option.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently we do not offer international shipping - however - we are looking to offer this soon.

Can I change my address? 

Your order will be sent to the exact address provided to you at checkout. We are not responsible if this is not your current address, or any information is incorrect - so please double check. You must notify us ASAP on info@aenshent.com if you realise an error in your delivery address. If the postage label has already been created, unfortunately it can’t be changed. If we haven’t yet posted your order, but have already packaged it - you will need to pay for the postage label to be re-created.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to do so within an hour of the initial purchase. We cannot cancel orders once the postage label has been created.

Is your packaging eco-friendly? 

We’ve put just as much thought into our packaging as we have our product ranges. After all, what good is going plastic free if the packaging it’s sent in is covered in plastic?
It is important to us, that the packaging for our products aligns with the mission of our store, that being - Powered by nature.

What boxes do you use? 

All our parcel & gift boxes are made of 100% biodegradable cardboard.  

What about the tape? 

All our packages are secured with 100% recyclable paper tape.

And the parcel packing materials? 

This is something we absolutely did not want to overlook. The amount of plastic waste generally generated from padding out a parcel is unacceptable! All of the items we send are safely wrapped and padded using recycled paper. You will not find any bubble wrap, polystyrene or foam peanuts round here!

My parcel is delayed!

Ughh! We’re sorry if your parcel is delayed. We can assure you that your order has been packaged with love and care, and dispatched asap. Once we hand over to the courier, we trust in the courier to deliver parcels safely and efficiently. Please bear in mind that international post can take a little longer due to the processes it has to go through. We appreciate your patience, and kindly ask that you allow 30 working days from the dispatch date before contacting us. 
Please note that we can't refund lost packages, but we will do our utmost best to try and track it down for you.  If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. We can't cover the costs for ‘resending’ the package.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the sensitive nature of our products - we operate an all sales are final policy. This policy is in place for the protection and health of the consumer. Please read through the product description carefully. You're fully responsible for making sure the item is suitable before purchasing, for example; checking for sensitivities or allergies before purchasing any of our items, or dropping us a message with any queries. Store credit is discretionary.
All items are checked prior to shipping, but should something be faulty - please contact us the same day your order is delivered, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
